2 cups brown sugar
12 slices bread (texas toast)
16 ounces butter (2
sticks)
12 eggs, beaten slightly
2 tablespoons mexican vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cinnamon
* Grease a 2" steam table pan and preheat oven to 375°.
* Place brown
sugar in bottom of the steam table pan.
* Butter the bread on both sides and place atop the brown sugar.
* beat
the eggs and add vanilla to the mixture.
* Pour over the bread and coat with cinnamon.
* Bake in oven until brown.
